I have tools, guns, and more tools and the technician was very helpful on making us feel that we were adequately protected by thoroughly checking the entry points to our home and setting up the alarm in a way that made me feel covered.
I don’t really worry as much about when I am here, but knowing that were protected during the days and on vacations is a big deal and I would pay a lot more than I am to feel this way!
You guys should raise your prices!

One of the features that really closed me on the installation of our home security system was the door chime feature that alerts us when the doors are open. Living in Phoenix with a pool, it’s an every day occurrence that my son will try to sneak out….but not undetected!
It’s easy to lose track of the kids when you’re busy around the house and the alarm just helps ease my mind of one more thing. Or better said, one less thing to worry about!

The first time I was approached by your salesman Mark about the alarm in my new home I turned him down because I thought the new neighborhood couldn’t possibly have crime. Well, about two weeks later we suffered a bad burglary and lost everything. I was stressed to the max and actually called the representative crying. They were very prompt and professional and were able to install my alarm that same day. Since then, with billing questions or minor service issues, Secure Home has been right on top of things and made us feel like we were really well taken care of.

Your sales rep Mike was by far the least “pushy” of all the guys that came by our home. We were really considering the alarm and had been all but turned off to the thought by the other, commission-crazed guys that kept hassling us. He simply presented the information, left a card and pamphlet and let us decide. We had no problem calling him a few days later and setting up the service. Your technician Chad was very clean and prompt and finished the job before we knew he’d even started! It has been great working with you guys and I hope the referrals illustrate our appreciation.
